Hollywood Goes to the Dogs Set in Greensburg!
Greensburg will host Hollywood when area residents have the opportunity to meet Jon Provost, who portrayed Timmy Martin in the CBS Lassie Show from 1957-1964. Appearing with him will be Laddie, who was the official 9th generation Lassie. With Laddie is Robert Weatherwax, owner and trainer of the famous Lassie collies and head of Weatherwax Trained Dogs in California. The special two day appearance is still being planned but includes a Lassie Film Festival as well as an opportunity for 4-H youth to learn about training their dogs from Weatherwax.
