These classes are designed to empower expectant parents and their birth partners with the knowledge and skills needed for a positive labor & delivery and breastfeeding experience.\n\nPrenatal Classes: During the free classes you'll receive comprehensive pregnancy support and learn relaxation and breathing techniques for labor which helps expectant parents and their support person(s) prepare for childbirth.
