• Fiber Manning/Materials Coordinator

    On-site Greensburg, IN, Full-Time/Temporary Position, ranging from 10-15 months
    Support fiber network construction and delivery. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Fiber Manning Materials Coordinator to oversee all aspects of material handling, deliveries, and inventory tracking for fiber optic projects.


    What You’ll Do
    • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming fiber materials and equipment.
    • Manage inventory and verify material accuracy against purchase orders.
    • Track and document materials checked out to contractors and vendors.
    • Coordinate deliveries and logistics to job sites.
    • Maintain accurate records in our materials management software.
    • Communicate with field crews, suppliers, and operations to ensure timely material flow.
    • Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting.
    • Interaction with field crews, warehouse personnel, and vendors.
    • May also participate in sales and marketing calls.

    What You Bring
    • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred).
    • 1–3+ years of experience in materials coordination, warehouse operations, or telecom logistics preferred
    • Forklift training preferred.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience with inventory management software and data entry.
    • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
    • Accuracy and dependability

    Working Conditions
     
    • Role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs.
    • Will be exposed to weather conditions, elements of the outside temperature.
