On-site Greensburg, IN, Full-Time/Temporary Position, ranging from 10-15 months
Support fiber network construction and delivery. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Fiber Manning Materials Coordinator to oversee all aspects of material handling, deliveries, and inventory tracking for fiber optic projects.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming fiber materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory and verify material accuracy against purchase orders.
- Track and document materials checked out to contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to job sites.
- Maintain accurate records in our materials management software.
- Communicate with field crews, suppliers, and operations to ensure timely material flow.
- Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Interaction with field crews, warehouse personnel, and vendors.
- May also participate in sales and marketing calls.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in materials coordination, warehouse operations, or telecom logistics preferred
- Forklift training preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management software and data entry.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Working Conditions
- Role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Will be exposed to weather conditions, elements of the outside temperature.
