Do you bring positive energy and an outgoing attitude to your work? Are you looking for a career that offers meaning and purpose beyond just a paycheck? We are looking for passionate talent that wants to mix teaching with pure fun and play.

Forget the rigid textbooks — your job will be to follow the child’s lead! You’ll dive into what the child is naturally into (their favorite toys, games and activities) and use those moments as the perfect chance to teach new skills.

We ditch the fake rewards. Instead, you’ll use genuine high-fives, excitement, and the opportunity to keep playing with YOU as the best way to encourage great behavior. If you’re passionate about helping kids grow into independent individuals without trying to change their awesome selves, you’ll fit right in!

    In short, you will:

    • Play games and use the child’s interests to teach
    • Use the natural outcomes of activities to reinforce learning
    • Help kids build independence and social skills their way
