Our community is invited to join Decatur County Memorial Hospital at one of our flu vaccine clinics on three dates in October!
The annual flu vaccine is recommended for everyone 6 months and older, and a high-dose option is available for adults 65 and older. Protect yourself, your family, and your neighbors this flu season.

A photo ID
Your insurance card (if you have one)
Vaccines are provided at no cost to you — see below for more information
Driving Directions
See the map and approach DCMH from Lincoln Street (north or south)
Enter the South Entrance from Lincoln Street (this is the entrance farthest away from the new building)
Follow the flow into the South Parking Lot, stopping at the first tent for guidance
For everyone’s safety, please note: you cannot enter the line from any other entrance
We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming flu clinics. Together, we can keep our community healthy and strong!
Decatur County Primary Care will bill all insurances, except Medicare Traditional, for Flu Vaccines, with no out-of-pocket costs to you.
Most insurance plans will pay DCMH for administering vaccines without applying out-of-pocket responsibility to you. If your insurance does not pay 100% of this cost, or you receive a bill from DCMH after insurance, please contact us at 812-663-1323. You may see this charge on your Explanation of Benefits sent by your insurer. This Explanation of Benefits is not a bill from DCMH.
We appreciate your attention to this information and are happy to help with any questions. Our goal is to make this process as simple as possible for you!
