Ever wonder what it really takes to pull of Greensburg's biggest festival of the year? Spoiler alert: it's more than tents and corn dogs. Behind every parade float, live performance, and vendor booth is a team of dedicated individuals who spend months planning every detail - and now's your chance to hear all about it!
Join us at our next Leaders & Lagers as Robin Meyer, Board President of the Tree City Fall Festival, and Mark Carman, the festival's Entertainment Director, take the stage for a behind-the-scenes look at the 2025 Festival. Consider this your backstage pass to one of Greensburg's most cherished traditions!
Robin & Mark will walk us through the history of the festival, share what's new this year, and give the inside scoop on key timelines, major attractions, vendor opportunities, and how local businesses and volunteers can get involved. We'll also take a dive into what it takes to build an entertainment lineup that keeps the crowds coming back - hint: it involves a lot more strategy (and emails) than you'd think!
Whether you're a longtime supporter who never misses a year, a small business owner looking to get more involved, or someone who's always wondered how the magic happens - this event is for you! Come curious, leave inspired - and maybe even leave with your vendor spot or sponsorship secured!

Bring a friend or co-worker! Cash / credit bar. This is a great event to make connections, meet new people, and enjoy a beverage!
Leaders & Lagers networking events will take place the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Each month we will have a new guest speaker who will have 15-20 minutes to give a brief presentation, the rest of the evening will be spent networking. RSVP is not necessary, but appreciated.
